The dwelling features a spacious living and dining room in an open space concept, integrated with a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need to prepare your meals and feel at home throughout your stay.



The house features three comfortable en-suite bedrooms, ensuring complete privacy and comfort for all guests. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two double beds of 140 cm, while the other two have a king-size bed of 180 cm. All bedrooms have private bathrooms.



On the outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden with a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals and moments of conviviality.

The condominium also offers direct access to Ribeiro Salgado Beach, allowing you to easily reach the golden sand and crystal-clear waters that make Porto Santo a unique destination.



For greater comfort, all sheets, bath towels and beach towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances, utensils and dishes necessary for a practical and comfortable stay.

The property does not have a garage, but there is free parking on the public road, right in front of the property.
