- Upstairs, accessible by an independent secure entrance:
A spacious bedroom with storage, including two single beds and a sofa that converts into a double bed.
A second bathroom and separate toilet.

- Outside, the terrace, perfectly oriented and not overlooked, invites you to enjoy the peace and nature of the surrounding area.
The private garden is equipped with a barbecue for your outdoor meals.
Two free parking spaces are available.

The kitchen has all the necessary comforts for a stay in complete autonomy: dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and all the essential equipment.

The living room is equipped with a flat-screen LCD TV and CD/DVD players. A hairdryer is also available.
