”I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this place was honestly unacceptable. As soon as we arrived, we got a bad feeling. The outside property looked completely trashed with garbage everywhere and broken appliances left around. We tried to ignore it and hoped the cabin itself would be better, but it was just as bad inside. The cabin looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. The bedding had mysterious stains on it, the floors were filthy and looked like they had never...

”Lovely setting & grounds. Different accommodation levels, depending on your vacation goals, friendly staff. Good for solo travelers as well as families. Cascade restaurant was cozy with good food.”

”Just did an overnight stay because we went to a concert at Mountain Winery. Would have gladly stayed longer if we could to enjoy the patio and buzz around town. Hotel was clean, conveniently located and peaceful with beautiful decor. Will definitely stay again when coming back for another concert.”

”Beautiful location, surrounded by redwoods. Room was clean, however, you do not get room serviced during your stay which includes emptying trash can. Staff is friendly. Very close to two small towns with a few dining options and a decent grocery store. The diner on the premises is great with friendly staff and delicious food. I would definitely save this location and return again.”

”The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised.”

”We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

”The room was exceptionally clean and the furnishings very comfortable. I especially appreciated the wraparound blackout curtain because I need it really dark to be able to sleep well. Breakfast was basic, but adequate (muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, juice). I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price and convenient location.”

”I would not consider this place to be a hotel. It is a motel in a residential neighbourhood that was recently renovated. The rooms are small, but functional and clean. The staff is friendly. There is no security to get into the property and all rooms can be accessed easily directly from the outside. The "buffet" breakfast is rather limited and served on paper plates and paper cups. For more than US$ 600.00 a night plus taxes and $10.00 per night for parking, this place is far from what one...
