”Very good , clean and new hotel. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very versatile and good. Location is good even if it isa bot away from touristic centre. Only minus is that in room bed pillows were too flat and difficult to find suitable support for neck.”

”The old castle part of the building is amazing and unique. The interior design is the same style as the building. The beds are super comfortable and rooms very clean. Good breakfast with a lot of options. Location is a bit outside of the city center but near metro station. The staff is superb! My friend had to stay a bit longer than planned (quarantined) and she was cared for beyond and above all expectations. Thank you for everything! You guys are the best!”

”The hotel is new ( about ½ years old), so everything works well. The room and the bathroom were very functional. The breakfast is tasty and has plenty of variety. The quality of food is high. The location is good. it is just at the edge of center and there are excellent transport to the riverside either with buses ( 501 or 503 )or metro from Trinidad station. ”

”Lovely hotel with modern, clean rooms. The reception was friendly and fast. We were given shopping tips, metro travel tips and even got arranged for taxi service to the airport. The taxi service was reliable, prompt and friendly. Really happy that I chose this hotel. There is not an open reception at all hours, but if that is not a requirement for you then this is the perfect one. We came early and could enter the building with a door code and use spacey cabinets to store our luggage until...
