”The Skye Inn was a guesthouse at hotel prices. The restaurant was closed the breakfast while good was slow and the staff in their own words were “distracted” Basically it seemed that the student aged staff were operating the Skye Inn without adult management. Perhaps as the season was just starting they were all new on their jobs but the place missed having an experienced adult in charge”

”The hotel is located at a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre of Portree. The views from the hotel breakfast room and terrace are amazing! The lobby and bar area are nicely decorated and furnished. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and renovated bathroom.
