”Nice hotel just outside the city center within easy walking distance, free parking and a very good restaurant.”

”Beautiful room with a lovely view to the Portree harbour. Close to everything (shops, pubs) and convenient location for exploring the area. I have no experience communucating with the staff, but they seemed to be easily reachable if I had needed something. Walls were really thin though, could hear everything from the room next door, but I didn’t mind that. ”

”The hotel is located at a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre of Portree. The views from the hotel breakfast room and terrace are amazing! The lobby and bar area are nicely decorated and furnished. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and renovated bathroom. Just a few improvements would make this hotel perfect: The breakfast service would be better if started at 7 am, since many customers leave early to continue their trip. Also, the dinner service ended quite early and the menu...

”One of the best Scottish full breakfast meals of our holiday. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early. We had room#8 and from the minute I walked in, I started sneezing and my eyes would water up and get congested. Fortunately we weren't in the room much but I barely got any sleep due to tossing and turning. Finally after three of our four nights we had to leave. The hotel did offer to see if they could move rooms but that really wouldn't have mattered at that point. I am allergic to dogs and...

”The room and common areas were very nice here and felt clean. We loved our room and the bed. Great bathroom and shower. The hotel does have a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner but we felt it was expensive. There’s obviously lots of cafes and trinket shops around in Portree. I will warn that there are only stairs here so big bags could be difficult or accessibility concerns. Parking is right in front if you are able to get a spot. ”

”Property beautifully presented, high level of cleanliness, nearly everything equipped just missing a couple of kitchen items, like small plates and heat protector stands. Price was expensive due to our original 2 week holiday which was booked 6 months in advance being cancelled 2 weeks prior to holiday date, which lead to booking this property as only property available on the Isle of Skye which made it expensive for a week!!”
