STAY Newport proudly presents a piece of history. Oversized charming property on a large lot offers plenty of parking and space for the entire crew! At times it was the town post office, a speak easy and a Tavern. The 6 rooms comfortably sleep 13 guests with 3 full and 2 half baths. Great outdoor space with patio, grill fire pit and corn hole! Large yard for hosting a micro event. Centrally located on the island. Walk to grocery store, 5 min walk to beach. Bonus bright large lounge/dinning area!

The Space:
Don’t get lost! There is plenty of room for all. This space is ideal for family and friends looking to gather. Host a small gathering or just relax. Fun fact, from its beginnings in the early 1660s it was once a Tavern, a Public House, an Inn and the town Post Office. It’s charm has been carefully cared throughout. Plenty of space for parking 10 cars. All events you need to prior approval from host.

The property has large rooms throughout, wide plank original hard wood floors and antique back-to-back fireplaces are on each level. The kitchen has a bee-hive oven which complements his historic charm.

Across the street from a gourmet grocery store, 5 mins from beach, good size lot allowing for plenty of personal space, liquor store and Italian deli 5 mins up the road.

Other Things to Note:
This home is dog-friendly, however, there's going to be a pet fee, which is $150/pet. Also, please know that the maximum dogs allowed per stay is 2. ALL PETS ARE subject for prior approval. If you are bringing a dog you must let us know PRIOR to your stay and they shall never be left unattended on the property. Please remembrance to pick up after your dogs.
