”This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

”Definitely recommend staying in this cozy basement apartment. Viktoria was super thoughtful with all the details, made sure I had everything I could need. Even left some snacks for me. So nice to be able to do laundry after I had already been traveling for a week prior. Thank you for everything!”

”We found the house was well equipped in the kitchen, however we did find that the coffe cups supplied were too small for the Keurig coffee machine. Overall the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the 1950's decor in the house, we found out that it was featured in both a home magazine in St. Johns as well as a book on architecture in the area, which was cool. The neighborhood was quiet which we really appreciated. Overall we would recommend the house.”

”Very clean and well stocked home. Rob was an excellent host and always available when we had questions. The house is in a neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from downtown St John’s. There are some hills when walking but they are manageable. Overall a great home base for exploring the area.”

”This was our first time renting a cottage through VRBO, and also our first time in Newfoundland. Right from the beginning our host Danielle was very friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the little cottage by the sea from the pictures, and when we got there it didn’t disappoint. The decorations were lovely, the cottage cozy and the beds were comfy. I can see it being a little difficult to get around in if someone has balance or mobility issues as it’s an older building and has uneven...

”The loft was as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It was a bonus to have a parking space. The location was perfect, near Bannerman Park and The Parlour Gelato. The security clearance process with TRUVI was a bit cumbersome but the check-in at the unit went very smoothly. Would recommend.”

”Easy check-in with keycode. Excellent kitchen facilities - even had sharp knives, which is unusual. Raspberry bushes in the backyard so we had fresh berries! Listing is clear that this is a tiny townhouse, so there are lots of stairs.We really liked the location: easy parking and easy (though hilly) walking to all of downtown.”
