”TV didn't work in the first room moved to the next, with 600 lbs of gear I had to move twice, a pet fee of 20$ staffs English was terrible. After checking in the next day, was asked if I paid the pet fee again. You can't look that up or ask the morning person? The room card would not work after the first use, had to continually go back to the desk and asked for a new key to be made. In all, I stay at motels very often and this was one of the worst. Will not be coming back. And again, the pet fee...
