”No owner support, dirty room, no blankets or bed cover, no pillow cases, no towels, filthy bathroom sink, WiFi did not work, no internet. We will never stay in this unit again. When we contacted the unit owner she texted and said she could not talk to us because she was in a meeting. Horrible experience.”

”First time staying here and it won't be the last. The hotel is very clean, my room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the pool is fantastic. I wish i had spent some time in the lobby bar. But hands down -- THE STAFF ARE THE BEST! Every single staff member was the most polite, the most friendly, the most helpful, and the most professional out of all the "major" hotels I've stayed at in the city!”

”We got the suite room and when we got into the room there was pool of water on the floor which I almost trip into. I called housekeeping and we waited for awhile for them to clean up. I called the housekeeper whom I saw out outside. He took some pictures.”

”This place was not like the picture that Orbitz posted (they did not show the rest of the building or the rooms) and the reviews were mis-leading .The area and the muddy dirt road leading up to the Inn were disturbing. The room, which opened with a regular door key, was very unpleasant and a bit scary...not suitable for even one night. I immediately booked another location, forfeiting the money I had paid for multiple nights. I felt mis-lead, and I blame Orbitz for the waste of my time and...
