”This lovely villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Spacious living area and delightful porches. Felt very safe and secure. Would have appreciated better water pressure in the shower, but I also understand we were visiting a country that is working hard to control water usage. We would go back to this property any chance we had! ”

”When I want a quick Costa Rican vacation I always stay within Reserva Conchal where this unit is located. The unit is simply fantastic. It has everything you need in the house including laundry. The home was clean, the host was very responsive for the one small issue we had and overall the place was fantastic and well priced.The only thing I wish the unit had was a BBQ on the patio, but there is one at the pool which we used while we waited out the rain. Overall I would highly recommend this...

”Our family of six (wife, myself, parents and two teenagers) stayed in the penthouse for 10 days. It feels more spacious than the pictures shown and the view is spectacular. Every morning family members would find themselves with a cup of coffee or juice on the lanai and every afternoon a beer or cocktail sitting outside and staring out at the waves. Pros: Near to restaurants, activities and beaches. Playa Flamingo Marina 10 minutes away with Surf Box restaurant and Planet Dolphin Catamaran trip....

”We stayed at the property from 5/27 - 6/1 for a family vacation to celebrate several college graduations, and as a hub to access the beautiful beaches in the area. The property is on the 5th floor (Penthouse Level), and has one of the most magnificient views in Tamarindo. You can watch the waves roll in all day from the balcony, and the evening thunderstorms were amazing. You can walk out the back gate, take a few steps, and you're in the sand. It's not really a swimming beach, but wonderful for...
