”The Royal Picardie is a great option for staying on the Somme and it being walking distance into Albert. The facilities at The Royal Picardie are excellent, dining area and lounge area are both very spacious and the rooms are of a good standard. The staff are great and at the time of our stay a lady called Chloe done a fantastic job between reception and the lounge bar.”

”A 'proper' French residence with plenty of creative decorative flair that can only be found in this country. Manu, one of the hosts was a man of few words but the 'words' weren't his as it was in English but still good comms throughout my short stay. ”

”Very special excellent place, wonderfully decorated and well cleaned. Good big bed and spacious room. Breakfast was served in the table and staff was really nice. The room lacks only aircondition. Ten minutes by car to the village where there are restaurants. I would choose this place anytime again. ”

”Wir hatten kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft. In der Nähe ist aber ein 1.Klassiger Bäcker. Die Unterkunft ist am Dorfrand schön ruhig gelegen und man kann jeweils vor den zimmern parken. ”
