The 120-square-meter living space spans two floors. Our Morgensonne chalet can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children (up to 3 years old).

The first floor features a spacious living room with a sofa area, flat-screen TV, CD player with USB port, and telephone.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, has everything you could need.
The centerpiece of the vacation home is undoubtedly the large, solid-wood table with a corner bench, which comfortably seats 8–10 people.
The entire first floor is also perfectly suited for wheelchair users—no steps, wide doors, a walk-in shower, and comfortable sleeping accommodations.
Upstairs—3 bedrooms with solid-wood double beds custom-made by a carpenter help ensure a restful night’s sleep and a wonderful vacation for our guests.

Two people can sleep comfortably on our sofa beds (slatted frame and mattress) in the living area.

Our 2 travel cribs for toddlers, each with a high chair, can be provided for 15.00 euros each.
A bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer is also located upstairs.
The entire log cabin features underfloor heating.

Outside, a partially covered terrace features a natural log seating area and lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing.
The natural charm of the log cabin has a special appeal for everyone.
Out of consideration for the health and well-being of our guests, we are a smoke-free property. Since we are also a popular destination for people with allergies, pets are not permitted.
Our vacation homes can be booked as unique vacation getaways in both summer and winter.

Our small vacation village is nestled in the heart of the magnificent Franconian Switzerland: the “Blockhäuserl am Wald” with its 4 vacation apartments and the two newly built vacation homes, “Naturstammhaus Morgensonne” and “Naturstammhaus Abendrot.”

The new vacation homes were built according to traditional methods by specialists who have mastered this craft. Only natural, locally sourced spruce wood was used in their construction. Nature knows exactly what it produces, and it is a blessing that there are still people who can learn, master, and apply these ancient techniques. The result is a place where this small log cabin village feels like a little piece of home for you, our guest. We know that your vacation days are especially precious, which is why we emphasize the comfort and thoughtfulness of days gone by. In our log cabins, you’ll find relaxation in a peaceful and laid-back atmosphere, harmoniously designed down to the last detail for a perfect break from everyday life.
