Tree Top järvinäkymät!

Korkein talo Texoma-järvellä! Tämä mukautettu koti on juuri valmistunut syyskuusta 2019 alkaen! Tässä Lake-talossa on 4 tarinaa, jokaisella on oma kansi! Suunniteltu rannamökki-tyylisiin koteihin, tämä koti jatkuu aina puiden yläpuolella, josta on upeat näkymät Texomajärvelle - Voit nähdä Texasista Oklahomaan, kun se on syrjäinen yli 2 hehtaarin yksityisellä, metsäisellä, ranta-alueella!
Kiinteistö on täysin kalustettu 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen kotiin 1. kerroksen bonushuoneella; yhdistelmä pelihuone / nukkumatila, täysin varustettu kylpyhuone. Tämä 4 tarina koti on kävellä kannet kaikilla tasoilla ja upea näköala:
Makuuhuoneessa (3. kerros) on 3 makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on parisänky, toisessa kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä, jonka alapuolella on myös ulosvedettävä kaksoisnapa (3. kerroksen vierashuone). Toisessa kerroksessa on queen-size-vuode (vierashuone), joka on kiinnitetty täysin varustettuun kylpyhuoneeseen, sekä täysin varustettu keittiö (vakiona sähköliesi liesi / uuni, mikroaaltouuni / konvektio-uuni-yhdistelmä, astianpesukone, jääkaappi vedellä / jääannostelijalla).
Vuodevaatteet ja niihin liittyvät tavarat (mukaan lukien lakanat, tyynyliinat, peitot, tyynyt, peitot), parivuode- ja queen-patjat toimitetaan.
-Tämä koti on varustettu nopealla, rajoittamattomalla Wi-Fi: llä käyttöä varten - pääsykoodi keittiön reitittimen pohjassa
-Meillä on 4 taulutelevisiota, kolme on varustettu digitaalisella antennilla, joka vastaanottaa noin 10–12 paikallista kanavaa. Meillä ei ole kaapelia tai satelliittia televisioon.
-On laaja kokoelma DVD-levyjä käytettäväksi DVD Blu-ray -soittimen kanssa kolmella neljästä televisiosta.
-Meillä on vieraille 3 DVD-soitinta ja 2 videopeliä (XBOX ja WII)
- Laaja elokuva- / DVD-kokoelma käytettäväksi loman aikana
-Kodissa on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on sähköliesi / uuni, mikroaaltouuni / kiertoilmauuni ja täysin sähköinen itsenäinen kiertoilmauuni, astianpesukone, jääkaappi jääpalakoneella / vedenjakelulaitteella. On 2 tyyppisiä kahvinkeittimiä, 2 leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin. Tarjoamme myös astioita, ruokailuvälineitä, kuppeja, kulhoja, kattiloita ja pannuja, kylpytuotteita, mausteita jne. Ylimääräisiä kylpytuotteita löytyy nielujen alla missä tahansa kylpyhuoneessa tai keittiössä
-sivutakka: Olohuoneessa on sähkötakka, jota ohjataan oikean yläkulman ohjauspaneelin painikkeilla tai kaukosäätimellä. Takkaa voidaan käyttää valaistuksena ilman lämpöä tai myös lämmittimen kanssa.
-Alakerrassa on kylpyhuoneen liinavaatteiden kaapissa itsetäyttävä kuningatarpatja. Tässä sijaitsevat myös ylimääräiset pyyhkeet / piknikhuovat. Voit asettaa kuningatar ilmapatjan olohuoneeseen ensimmäisessä tai toisessa kerroksessa.
- 1. kerroksen pelihuoneesta löydät useita lauta- / triviapelejä. Useita korttipaikkoja. Shakki / tammi ja papupussi heittäminen.
- Olemme toimittaneet hiiligrillin, jota voidaan käyttää grillinä tai tupakoitsijana ensimmäisen kerroksen betonikerroksessa

Great Place!
Host had excellent communication and response time was quick. Home was beautiful and location is perfect. Tub and sinks did have drainage issues and there were quite a few bugs throughout the house. Nothing that couldn’t be easily fixed. Overall 4/5. Will definitely visit again!

The place is very well kept and is extremely nice! The house is around 200 yards from the lake! The house was built vertical, so there is stairs to climb. Overall, the home is amazing! The view of the lake is beautiful. Just if elderly is with you, be prepared to walk some stairs.

Walking distance to the lake and beach. Views of the lake are seen all through the home. Our little ones thought the volleyball area was a big sand box and had a blast. My grandson claimed the room on the 4th floor. Views from there are amazing. Perfect place for a family to get together.

We had an age range of kids with us 8 months- 12 years old and was looking for something close to go hang out at the lake, but also close enough to walk home when needed. This place was perfect. Yearly Fishing Trip
My family has been going to Lake Texoma 20 years fishing - we have stayed at several different places - as the family has grown, we choose this year the Tree Top Lake View Home - was very excited about the location and being able to enjoy with family - all was good about the check in - The Host was nice and easy to communicate with upon arrival - I did text the host some issued we had with the home upon arrival. A few days after our stay is when it went wrong for me - all the sudden VRBO is charging me additional funds saying we broke things in the home, left a lot of trash and had too many guests on property. The day the host came to property the guests was not an issue - the host and I discussed on the porch about my weekend plan and that I also had the two cabins rented up front for my guests. Then the host sent a note saying the additional funds was for trash bags and laundry detergent and a destroyed tether ball. Not sure what to think - we did laundry due to not enough towels for a 4 day stay on a raining weekend and used trash bags that were left under the sink. If the supplies were not to be used - then #1 don't leave them or #2 have it posted on what qty should be used. We even did the towels when we left so the clean crew would not have too. On the destroyed tether ball - it was already in very bad condition - very worn and tethered. So, the lesson on that is don't use anything worn out. You will be responsible.

We enjoyed the relaxing time at this property and its private and secure location with beautiful views of the lake and trees. We were supplied plenty of wood and enjoyed nightly fires. We rented a boat for a day at one of the near by marinas. There is plenty to do for children at this location although we enjoyed our stay and adult family time without kids.

Terrific property for a low-key getaway
We went for our annual company retreat and had a terrific stay. The house is terrific and has plenty of space for everybody to spread out. We enjoyed most of our meetings on the second floor balcony. Close proximity to the lake allowed us the opportunity to walk down after dinner and enjoy the small beach. Everyone impressed and we will probably try to stay there again if we go back to texoma.

Spring Weekend
All adult group of friends spent the weekend enjoying the beauty of lake Texoma. The house was clean and fully stocked and furnished both inside and out. There were beautiful views of the rustic area and lake from all 3 balconies. There are stairs to contend with so be aware but for us dealing with them was well worth the stay. I would definitely recommend this property for able bodied groups of 8 to 10.

The view from the top floor bedroom during the full moon on the lake was unbelievable. Very comfortable living space , great kitchen , and lots of outside activities. We will book this cabin again in the near future.
