In the heart of the Black Valley, between Guéret and Châteauroux, this house welcomes you for a peaceful stay, right next to the Golf & Spa des Dryades.

You can enjoy relaxing moments around the swimming pool shared with the owners, perfect at any time of day. Younger guests will appreciate the presence of the donkeys and chickens, adding a touch of nature and a friendly atmosphere.

A peaceful and rejuvenating environment, perfect for getting away and exploring the treasures of the Berry region. The house, adjoining the owners' home, is arranged around a pleasant living area comprising a kitchen open to the dining room with a fireplace, as well as a lounge with a reading corner and board games. A shower room completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find a family bedroom equipped with two single beds (120 cm) and one double bed (160 cm), a television, and a baby cot available.

A large covered terrace leads to two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with a queen-size bed (160 cm), offering comfortable and well-separated sleeping areas.

A conservatory, furnished with greenery, invites relaxation with tables, armchairs, and lounge chairs. A sheltered terrace, shared with the owners, and bicycles are available for guests' use, completing the outdoor amenities.

Guests can also enjoy a shared swimming pool (10 m x 5 m, maximum depth 1.70 m), open from the beginning of April to the end of October.

The property has parking, a small private courtyard, and a garage. An electric vehicle charging point is also available (additional charge, to be arranged on site). The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
