”The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always a bonus, however, I would like to see increase hours of availability on the weekends. The only negative comment I have was the quality of the mattress in room 234. It was well worn, resulting in a terrible sleep. The mattresses should be inspected regularly to avoid situations like this from happening .”

”We we were on 2nd floor. We had a stroller for our grand daughter. So we had to carry the stroller up the stairs. We had supper at the Italian Restaurant that was there. It was a Thursday night. The service was really slow. Also the food didn't come for at least an hour. The tub drain in our room needs to cleaned. Takes a while for the water to drain out of the tub. ”I stayed here for three nights while attending my daughters' Nipissing graduation. The room was merely okay. It smelled a bit mouldy after the rain.
