”Great atmosphere high up in the mountain with no other property around. Had a family feeling. We were there at the end of winter in May which was a transitional time for them. Dining was great and so was the scenery.”

”Room was very clean, cozy, and the amenities meant we had everything we needed. Outdoor views, balcony space, river sounds while sleeping (no property noise), microwave + coffee maker + fridge in the room, incredibly helpful and kind staff, easy parking, walking trail to town - and I’ve NEVER heard of a room with two king size beds - INCREDIBLE for us staying there with 3 adults!”

”Upgraded Room did not have a jet tub like in the pictures. Hot tub was cold even after running for a half hour. Pool was freezing. Zero cars in the parking lot but was told I couldn't check in a little early. ”

”The gentleman checking us in was kind, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. I found the beds kind of high off the ground and not comfortable. There was no place to meet with family. Someone was using the whole breakfast room for dinner. Very crowded!”

”Room was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and we received vouchers for a hot breakfast at a local restaurant with our stay. Would definitely stay again”

”Wonderful place. Staff and facilities are top notch. Brittany is a little firecracker with the personality to match. Complementary evening wine with meat and cheese tray then add the great breakfast makes this place one of best values around. Will be back.”

”Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. ”

”Great except for one thing. The clock alarm went off at midnight! Startling us both and interfering with sleep”

”It's a beautiful place to stay and have fun as a couple or family!!! We had a blast. The rooms were nice and they have 7 different mineral spas. The hotel is older, but that does not take away from it. The views are breath taking!!!!”

”Check in was quick and easy, parking was good. The room was clean, shower pressure was great. Great location, can walk to bars and restaurants. Only complaint was the vanity light did not work and turned on and off randomly. I did not try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. The motel is older but was great for the weekend. ”

”The owner was rude and argumentative. The toilet was clogged when we checked in. Staff refused to come to room, changed us to another room after we complained. Told us another room was blocked off due to clogged plumbing. Refused to provide receipt upon check out. Will never return and will tell others about the poor service.”
