”The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. We loved how cute and quaint this little Inn was. It feels like you are in the middle of a cute campsite without having to smell like you are camping :) The room was clean and cozy and perfect for the two of us.”

”We did a last minute booking , just a few hrs. before we checked in. To our surprise the room was big and very clean with all amenities. The staff was friendly and helped us with the town info. The breakfast was standard and well maintained. Loved that they have lots of parking.”

”The manager was very helpful at first. Then when we found the toilet in our room running constantly and not able to be flushed, he became almost completely unhelpful. He acknowledged that he knew about the toilet but there was nothing he could do. Finally, when pressed he said there was one other room that he could give us with 2 queen beds. The room was okay but smelled very stale, musty and old. The carpets were nasty. The hot tubs outside were not hot. When we went to check out the...

”Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. ”

”The new owners are wonderful!! Really enjoyed our stay! Todella mukava, uusi omistajapariskunta. Suosittelen lämpimästi. Tullessa saatiin vaahtokarkkipaketit, joita olisi voinut grillata illalla. Paikka oli lähellä hot poolia, johon sai alennusta, kun osti liput majoituspaikan kautta. Ouray oli söpö pikku paikka, jossa hyvä panimo ja ravintoloita ja tietenkin vuoristonäkymät!”

”I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, in the exact same room. Not much had changed, except owners. Great location if you have a dog with you as you are only a block from Pioneer Park and quiet neighborhoods. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the tub. It was not very clean; the bathroom was overall clean, good towels, but I'm a stickler for a clean showering area. Maybe the tub needs to be reglazed. Very reasonable price.”

”This is our second year staying here and we'll definitely be back again! We've been to Ouray 5 times and this is our favorite place to stay. Having a full kitchen and utensils is the best. Steve and Nova take wonderful care of the property and are always ready to assist if needed though we didnt need anything. It's so thoughtful that they provide a welcome basket and towels for the hot springs. I love having our own space AND our own deck to hang out and enjoy the view.”
