”This is a no frills hotel. With that in mind, the kitchenette was wonderful, with a full size refrigerator and great ice maker. However, there is not a table with chairs to eat on. ”The hotel was amazing and smelled like a 5-star property. It was probably one of the best-smelling hotels I have ever stayed at. The only issues I experienced were seeing a couple of ants in the bathroom throughout my stay, the sink water pressure was very low, and there was no hand soap bottle—only a bar of soap. Other than that, my stay was excellent.”

The rooms, for the most part, are from another era (it used to be the county "poor farm"), but the grounds are spectacular, the heated outdoor pool is stunning at night. ”I witnessed the manager verbally abuse one of the workers there. The water to the building was shut off so I couldn't take a shower or flush the toilet at all. To top it off the lights were flickering and the outlet by the mirror wasn't working. It wasn't the gfci either incase anyone needed to know. Also traffic to get in was a nightmare plus having to pay for parking. Other than that the experience was fine. Really could have used a shower considering I paid for a room and amenities I wasn't...

”Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable.”
