”First it took 40 minutes to get checked in because they're extremely under staffed. Then I go to shower and there's literally NO hot water . The girl at the front told me it was because the building was old. No where in the description does it say there's no hot water . I stayed in rn 405. The remote didn't work for the TV. The phone didn't work to call the front desk. Id absolutely NEVER stay here again nor do I recommend anyone else do either. Id give it a zero if I could.”

”Super friendly staff at the desk! Brand new place, so might not be on your gps. Wasn't on mine. It's next to the former Hinshaws Honda. EXTREMELY NICE ROOMS! LOTS of outlets on all walls. Full size refrigerator! Huge microwave! Doors have trouble closing every time, but not really a problem. Breakfast is the only thing they don't offer, but none of the Woodsprings do. I'll definitely be staying here from now on when I hit Pacific Raceways.”

”Room and facilities/parking lot were very cleaned and well maintained. Room was very updated and modern with digital TV and USB-C ports and lighted mirrors. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and the TV turned itself off all the time but otherwise a great stay for a very good price”

”This was a horrible hotel, there are doors connecting the rooms and you can hear EVERYTHING through the door. I could hear the whole conversation from next door like they were in my room, I heard their alarm clock as if it was in my room. Would not recommend this hotel at all, there is $150 deposit not you aren't told about until you are there.”

”We spent five days here. The hotel is ok, the rooms are clean, the cleaning staff are very friendly and everything works. The breakfast is completely sufficient though a little repetitive after a few days. There's a train track nearby making some noise at night. The noise insulation towards the corridor is poor. Things they could improve include the distant and aloof check-in person who made no eye contact with the customer at any point. The employee who explained to the handyman how...

”The staff was friendly but there were ants in my room, and dirt under the sheets like they had never changed them. Only 1 light in my room worked, the channels on the tv wouldn't work, and the hallway smelled like cat urine.”

”There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone”

”When I checked into my room, it looked clean. I pulled that covers back to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. I pulled the sheet back and the pad underneath was dirty so I went to the office to get new sheets. They gave me a new room, but I got in that room. I checked the sheets. They were clean. It had a foul smell, no remote and only one lightbulb. There is no security security doors that a lot to get into the building to go into your room, everything is unlocked and open. There are people...

”Nice modern hotel very close to SeaTac airport, light rail and bus line. Easy check-in and great service by everyome we talked to. Very good Indian restaurant/bar on site open late night as well as an American Restaurant/bar. Small nice pool on 3rd floor, spacious, clean room and EARLY shuttle service to airport. Didnt check out workout room but also available.”
