”The staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and our room was very spacious. The breakfast, included, was great with lots of healthy options for grown-ups and kids. The pool space was nicely heated although the pool was a bit cold for my kids (it is the middle of winter now...). The hotel is conveniently only 25 min from skiing slopes. Overall, great experience. We would come back to this hotel! ”

There was a dresser drawer missing. Lamp shades were dated and dusty, one with a burnt bulb. There was a TV bracket on the wall for a tv that wasn‘t there; they replaced it with a small one on the dresser. No coffee maker, in-room phone or battery in the smoke alarm. ”room was clean, large and comfortable. Was loud, you could hear everything in the hallway as well as our neighbors in the new room. The hotel property was nice overall, the grounds were pretty too. We walked the golf course. What I didn't really enjoy was the signature scent that is spread throughout the hotel through the ventilation system. ”Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge was either too warm or freezing the food. Forgot to tell them. For the first 2 nights I just had the sheet and the top sheet but when I asked they gave me a comforter. Coffee was terrible. Hot breakfast was good but the same every day. Appreciated actual potatoes. ”
