”First off the concierge services from Mr Clovis and Mr Phillip were absolutely exceptional. They helped me before I arrived and all during my stay. Mr Phillip went the extra mile to help celebrate my birthday with a little surpise cake and some singing!!! Both gentlemen were genuine and friendly and so were the staff members i encountered.
The property is spectacular, the art, the sculptures, the ducks absolutely fabulous however i did notice a few issues. It seemed that my tub was backwards....
