Rantahotellit - Pozzuoli, Napoli

”Pool was closed. Burger my husband got smelled rotten sent it back still had to pay for it and the old guy running the breakfast was pretty rude to us after the burger was sent back so we ate elsewhere after that. Room was nice but there were ants coming out of the door jamb in the bathroom. Bed was one of the comfiest we had so far in italy tho. Location was up high so no good unless you have a car”

”This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

”We had an amazing stay! The place was extremely clean adn spacious, conveniently located, and with a beautiful view. Thank you for being so nice. I highly recommend it!”

”Superb location and hotel staff, very friendly and accomodating. The room we first got on the first floor towards the street was not good (e.g the bathroom door did not close...). However, immediately after notifying the staff, we got, after our first night, (having arrived in the evening) a very good room facing the sea for the remaining six nights. Thank you for an excellent week at a beautiful place with excellent service!”

”Erittäin siisti hotelli, huoneet remontoitu ja mukava henkilökunta. Suosittelen!”
