Hyvä hotelli viikonloppulomalle
Siisti hotelli, jossa ystävällinen palvelu. Otimme aamiaisen hotellista, emmekä joutuneet katumaan, se oli erinomaisen maistuva joka aamu. Ainoa miinuspuoli oli ilmastoinnin toimimattomuus. Olimme matkalla lokakuun lopussa ja sää oli vielä melko lämmin. Huoneessa oli yöllä kuuma, mutta ikkuinoita ei viitsinyt pitää auki, koska ravintoloista palaavat ihmiset möykkäsivät kaduilla. Jos olisi ollut kesä, tuossa huoneessa ei olisi nukkunut silmäystäkään.

Erinomainen sijainti vanhankaupungin laidalla, kaikki tarpeellinen kävelymatkan päässä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet, raitiovaunut ja metroasema vieressä. Siistit tilavat huoneet, hyvä sänky. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Loistava valinta viikonloppumatkalle.

Hyvä sijainti ja hinta-laatusuhde
Huone oli siisti ja sopivan kokoinen, tilava kylpyhuone. Aamiainen oli hyvin runsas ja palvelu sujuvaa, vaikkakin välillä henkilökuntaa oli joko liikaa tai liian vähän. Sijainniltaan erinomainen vanhan kaupungin laidalla, hyvät kulkuyhteydet (metro ja raitiovaunu) ja kävellen suurin osa paikoista hyvin saavutettavissa.

Great location for city centre in Prague. Close to all the main attractions, with a nice bar and restaurant. Service was great and all staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a very early flight and they accommodated us with an early check in around 10am. We had also booked an airport transited and this was smooth. The breakfast is a large buffet. A decent selection. The lobby is beautiful, as is the bar. The rooms are a decent size, with a large shower. There is a sleep menu (for pillows, hot water bottles etc) and the bed is comfy. Our room was however a bit dusty and didn’t feel like it had been dusted whilst we were there. Our water was also not replaced which is surprising for a 4* accomodation. All in all, a really good stay and perfect for exploring Prague.

El hotel es nuevo moderno, sin embargo los colchones de las camas están muy mal deberían cambiarlos están viejos y aguados. El desayuno es espectacular y súper variado. El bar muy bueno y en general el servicio del personal muy amable. Creo que deberían de incluir el agua embotellada diariamente como en todos los otros hoteles MGallery

Our stay at MGallery was lovely. The rooms were well appointed, the water pressure in the shower was great but most of all the proximity to Old Town and all the bars and restaurants was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First Time in Prague, very impressed and pleased with this Hotel. The concierge that aided our checkin process was great. The proximity of the Hotel to all the sights of Old Town Prague is perfect. Only wish we were able to stay longer, 3 days was only enough time for us to sample a small sample of everything there is to see and experience here. Sure we will return.

Forventet mer av et så dyrt og oppskrytt hotell. Det var ekstremt dårlig ventilasjon på hele hotellet. Det var kontstant varmt, med null mulighet for å få bedre luft. Flere gjester klagde, men det var ingen mulighet. Var også dårlig system for innsjekk og utsjekk. Alle skulle sjekke ut på likt, tok unødvendig lang tid. Ellers, bra hotell, men fortjener ikke så mye som 9 av 10 poeng på anmeldelse. Vil gi hotellet 6.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. I booked a queen bed room for my husband and I we arrived without evening telling us gave us two singles bed. I called to say there was a mistake and they said it was the only room left BIE wish they told me at time of booking as I would have chosen another hotel as this was important to us. I asked can the beds be put together and made as a double they said they would. In the whole three days no one came to make the room up. The staff were also not really trained for the local area we asked for recommendations for restaurants in the area they googled them!!!

Bel hôtel bien situé avec un intérieur assez agréable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et le personnel est sympathique. La literie par contre est assez molle et les rideaux ne sont pas complètement occultants

The room allocated had a view of a wall 6ft. away, on request we were moved to another room with badly stained carpets. This is the first hotel I have visited where I was not asked if I had a good stay & was everything ok. Just told I owed local tax.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist kann’s ein wenig teuer werden: die öffentliche Parkgarage neben dem Hotel kostet 35 Euro am Tag. Einziger negativer Punkt am Hotel: die Dusche - die hat keine Kabine sonder ist einfach im Raum (Bad) etwas schwer zu beschreiben, aber maximal ungünstig

Good value
Location is very good, hotel is very clean and majority of the staff are very helpful. Good breakfast with a good selection of products. The bar had great deals especially the happy hour cocktails. Overall a good value for money.

Great staff, nice decoration of the rooms and hotel in general. Breakfast buffet was very good. Really nice place with perfect location to visit Prague
