Centrally located accommodation
Two nights meeting trip in the center of the city. The hotel is very centrally situated, and as the name suggests the rooms are apartments with a hotel-type bedroom and a small living room with sofa. The weather outside was hot and as the whole building was emitting heat, it was also very hot inside the room. The only air conditioning offered is a fan. The rooms look better in the marketing pictures than in reality; The building is old and I guess you could call the apartments rustic.. The price to quality to situation ratio is ok though. Note that there is no restaurant or option for breakfast, but cafes are available right next to the hotel.

Very good location ! At the first morgning, there was no hot water in shower. We had to wait that reception open 9am., and after that few hours that its start to work. Not nice.

Tyynyt olivat epämukavan suuret. Suomalaisiin tyynyihin verrattuna koko oli 2-3 kertainen. Ryhmästä kaikki valittelivat tyynystä aiheutunutta niskakipua tai huonosti nukuttua yötä.

Hyvä sijainti ja rauhallinen appartments. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, Huone pinnoiltaan vanha, mutta puhdas. Varustelu perustasoa, hieman pieni jääkaappi. Ainoa selkeä miinus oli sängyn patjat, jotka olivat kivikovat eikä petauspatjoja ollut tilannetta helpottamassa.

Tidy apartment at good location
Very good location close to the Palladium shopping centre. Tram stop and metro station close to the hotel. All main attractions are at walking distance (old town, Josehov etc). The apartment was clean and tidy. Cleaning service every day if wanted. Kitchen was though very small. A baby bed was provided. We had a little difficult with the position of our room. Even though there was an elevator (very tiny one) we had to use stairs to get into the room. It was hard with baby strollers.

Rauhallinen hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla
Hotelli hieman arkinen mutta tilava. Vakea löytää ovi ensimmäisellä kerralla. Sijainti kuitenkin erittäin hyvä ajatellen tutustumista kaupunkiin. Metroasema lähellä ja ruokakauppoja. Ratikkapysäkki aivan vieressä. Kelvollinen pitseria vastapäätä.

Excelente estadia. Muito bem localizado. Recepcionista Nataly e as meninas da limpeza sempre atenciosas e muito simpáticas, prontas a todo momento para tornar a estadia melhor ainda. Apenas três observações para tornar o apartamento ainda melhor: 1. um refrigerador maior, considerando que o apartamento é para 6 pessoas; 2. um exaustor sobre o cooktop e 3. uma mesa de jantar maior, considerando que o apartamento é para 6 pessoas. No mais, tudo perfeito. Ótimas camas, toalhas, aquecimento, silencioso, confortável e seguro. Adoramos também a decoração. Vamos voltar ano que vem e queremos ficar no mesmo quarto.

Brilliant option for family stay
Book a two bedroom apartment for a family stay in prague and it was excellent ! Huge amount of space - two separate bedrooms, a lounge / kitchen area and two bathrooms were just great for my family Located just 10 minute walk from Old Town meant easy access to all the sites. Hugely recommended.

Weekend in Prague
Lovely big space with simple amenities for a weekend away. As other reviews have mentioned - the bed is quite uncomfortable and it would be good to be to have the option on another pillow! But the rooms are clean and a good temperature. We were on the 4th floor and had no issues with noise.

Its a decent apartment-hotel, in a convenient location. It can get noisy even on the third floor. There is a narrow alley or courtyard which seems to funnel noise and echos up. The beds are also rather uncomfortable.

Bra beliggenhet, god hygiene men dårlig belysning
Innsjekking gikk meget bra, men da vi kom inn i stue/kjøkken fant vi fort ut at lysforholdene ikke var bra. I taket hang det to svære lamper med altfor svake pærer, slik at de i kjøkkenavdelingen (tekjøkken) var altfor mørkt. (Ingen belysning der). Det var lite steintøy og bestikk så det måtte vaskes opp hver gang det var brukt, Kniver var sløve, få drikkeglass og ingen utstyr for å ta oppvasken. Sengene var steinhard. Det positive var at det var rent og pent overalt. Ville nok ikke ha overnattet der med 2+1 personer.

Very average
The apartment is quite worn looking. The bed is not very comfortable and they only provide 1 small very flat pillow to sleep with which to as not comfortable and caused us to have back pain. Also we stayed 4 nights and the apartment was not cleaned or towels changed etc during our stay. Our biggest complaint is that the light in the close outside apartment door was not working meaning leaving or coming back at night you couldn't see a thing. We had to use our phone torches to lock or unlock the door and to use the stairs, this could have been very dangerous. We reported it first day and the response was "I will see if we can get that fixed". Also one of the lights in the toilet didn't work so it was quite dark/dull Positive points on apartment is the location but I would not choose to stay again due to how uncomfortable the bed was and the lack of additional pillows

The accommodation is not only reasonably priced but also conveniently located for walking around, making it a great place to stay when you visit Prague. I would recommend trying it out at least once if you’re in Prague.

Absolutely not worth it.
The pictures do not represent the rooms and furniture (anymore). Lot of items and the appartment overall was very worn and not well maintained. For a price of 80Eur. per night I'd expect more quality. At least the joints in the shower and Hairdryer (filthy and burned) really needs to be replaced. The bed was okay. Even with 2 windows shut the night was very noisy throughout. Wifi was very slow as well. I don't understand the 4star rating and the "fabulous" reviews...

You would expect that in an apartment that you would be able to cook. Kettle and fridge (which wasn’t working when I got there as someone unplugged it as it made such an noise) and that’s it. There was also a bad smell. No ac.

Muy buena ubicación. El apartamento se corresponde con las fotos y es muy espacioso y cómodo. Había algunas cosas que no funcionaban como el calentador para secar las toallas o algunas luces, pero en general todo bien. La chica rubia de la recepción pudo ser más amable.

This is a nice functional facility. It is close to transit and walking distance to Old Town. The rooms are apartment style so plenty of space. Furniture is basic and a few more things (night stands by bed for 1) would be nice but it is serviceable. We would stay here again if back in Prague.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a livingroom/kitchenette and a bathroom downstairs and an open bedroom upstairs and a bathroom. We were satisfied as only one person slept upstairs.
