Ilmastointi, wc:n kaakelointi ja sijainti olivat erittäin hyviä.Mutta muuten mentiin hostellitasolla huolimatta 4 tähdestä ja hinnasta: aamupala oli niukka: vain muutamia leikkeitä, kuivia leipiä.Aamupalatarjoilun pitäjä saapui monesti itse paikalle, vasta kun tarjoilu olisi pitänyt jo alkaa. Vastaanotto oli auki osan vuorokautta.Virkailijat olivat nuoria, monet ensimmäisiä päiviä töissä.Henkilökunta oli kyllä avuliasta.Hissillä ei päässyt kerroksiin nousematta portaita. Ei siis sovi liikuntarajoitteisille.Kaiken kaikkiaan hinta-laatu-suhde ei ollut kunnossa.

Loistava sijainti (kaikki kävelymatkan päässä), hyvä aamupala, rauhallinen, mukava henkilökunta. Sänky kova ja hiukan epämukava. Huoneessa kokolattiamatto (ilmeisesti pölyä, kun henki ei välillä kulkenut kunnolla) ja vähän huono ilma.

Hotelli oli oikein mukava ja siisti ja erittäin hyvällä paikalla ja lisäksi edullinen. Aamupala olisi voinut vähän runsaampi, mutta oli silti ihan ok.

Location was great and room was really quiet. BUT, hotel needs to change their "taxi" operator to legal one. I had business trip and I booked taxi to the airport. Driver didn´t give receipt even I demanded it. Outside temperature was +30, he didn´t drive me tó the front of terminal even asked and air condition was broken in his old green VW Transportation....

Hyvällä paikalla vanhassa kaupungissa, kävellen pääsi joka paikkaan. Mukava baarielämää kulman takana, mutta kun sulki ikkunat, kadun äänet eivät kuuluneet sisälle. Helppo tulla lentoasemalta bussilla ja metrolla.

I would not say that this is a 4 star hotel. It was fine for what we needed for a few days, but there was an old smell to the room and the carpet clearly wasn’t very clean. There was a lack of amenities in the bathroom and the hand soap was extremely watered down. Lots of stairs to bring bags up and staff didn’t offer to help. Staff was clearly just random workers not actual hospitality trained staff like in every other 4 star hotel I’ve stayed at. Like I said it’ll get the job done, but the photos and rating are deceiving.

For seniors like us with heavy luggage lift (old bldg) is inconvenient but Paul stayed up late waited for us due to train delayed on arrival & helped us to carry our luggage to the 4th flr room. Stayed at this hotel due to location (close to the marathon start line) within 5 minute walk to the Astro Clock and many old town landmarks. The pillow cases were dirty and stained. The shower has 2 karge steps to get into the tub (no shower curtain, hand-held shower head). Location is phenomenal but facility is not up to par.

The shower in the room was not cleaned. It was visible hair on the floor and when I got in the shower it was clogged and I lifted it up and it was full of hair. It was also a bad smell coming from the clogged shower. We Also didn’t Get to eat breakfast. There was two women there that gesticulated that we didn’t get to eat there. So we had to go buy breakfast somewhere else. The positive about this hotel is the location. Very central.

Misleading
Room was old and smelled like mildew. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Front desk closes early so you have to use a separate entrance with a key to enter the hotel. Antiquated facilities with creaky floors. Only positive thing is that it is close to Old Town Prague.

Wonderful Hotel In Historic Old Town

Die Unterkunft ist arg in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind total durch und man hat das Gefühl auf Holzbrettern zu schlafen. Die Hygiene im gesamten Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Bad war ebenso dreckig. Der einzig positive Punkt ist, das man sehr Zentral ist und Fußläufig die ganze Altstadt erkunden kann.
