Good place for sleeping, but if you want to have good service or good food - go somewhere else. The lobby personel was totally confused. He called us at 5:15 am asking if we have booked transport to the airport - we haven't, so we were not happy about early wake up call. He tried to charge us doulbe times for breakfast, because he could not see if he'd done it already. Not going there again.

Hyvä rauhallinen hotelli lähellä lentoasemaa
Hotellin saapuminen oli miellyttävä. Sain ystävällisen kuljetuksen perille myöhään illalla. Asioiden hoitaminen oli miellyttävää. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja huomioon ottavaa. Palveluita tarjottiin enemmän kuin tarpeen. Praha oli miellyttävä nykyaikaa ja vanhaa kulttuuria ja historiaa tulvillaan. Liikkuminen oli helppoa. Ostin kolmen päivän lipun joka oli voimassa kaikissa julkisissa kulkuneuvoissa. Hotellin aamiainen oli seisovasta pöydästä laaja lämpimien ja kylmien herkkujen pitopöytä. Sillä pärjäsi pitkälle iltapäivään. Prahassa oli niin paljon nähtävää ja koettavaa että neljä päivää ei riitä. Mutta ehkä toisella kertaa. Matkakokemus oli hieno. Finnairin koneessa oli kaikki mukavuudet. Oli miellyttävää seurata lennon kulkua näyttöpäätteeltä josta näki matkan kulun, keston, korkeuden jne. Henkilökunta oli huomioonottavaa ja ammattitaitoista lennon aikana ja hotellissa myös.

We stayed for one night before our early morning flight. The staff was very friendly, easy check in, hotel offers a free shuttle to terminals which is very convenient and takes just a few minutes. Hotel has a restaurant.

I received all the products and services as advertised and that are expected from an airport hotel. All staff was friendly and helpful. It appears that the bathroom was newly renovated, beds were comfortable and storage space was ample. I took one star off for Property Conditions because the carpets need to be replaced. They had bleach stains in some areas - but, importantly, the carpets were clean!

The hotel and grounds were really clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Some common areas such as hallway carpets were showing some age but they were clean and maintained. Our room was updated, clean and very comfortable.

The property is bare bones, but that is sufficient for the purpose – one night before /after your flight. When you arrive there is a landline phone at the terminal information desk where you can call for shuttle. In the morning shuttle is very busy, but local buses to terminals run every 5 minutes just across the road.

This hotel is close to the airport, offering a free airport shuttle service even for early departures. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is easily reachable by city transportation. The hotel staff is helpful - we could store our suitcases on the property before the check-in, free of charge so that we could go and enjoy the city. We did not need to use the hotel restaurant since we dined in the city. Tip: Buy yourself a transportation pass for a day to get easily all across Prague.
