âThe air conditioning was Okay. Beyond that it was the worst hotel experience in a long time. My fault that once again I booked a room at a hotel with no elevator. My wife could barely climb the stairs and no offer from staff to move us to a 1st floor room. The bathroom door would not shut. One of the towels the first day had some kind of stains on it. The exterior of the model was not very clean, and there were a lot of crickets by the doors this time of year.
This room was musty but running the air conditioner helped. Not the most comfortable place to stay.â

âGround floor room was easy to access for an older person. Room was clean and very comfortable. Everything worked well and the bed was very good. Staff was very friendly. Room rate was outstanding and well worth the price. I wouldnât hesitate to stay here again.â

âThe staff was amazing! The bathroom and bedroom were clean. Breakfast was ok. The pool and hot tub were disgusting! My nephew was getting married nearby and it was my daughterâs 7th birthday and we stayed here because of the pool. She was so upset!! She is a swimmer and the other reviews were good! If you are going and expecting to swim good luck! If your not looking to swim it was great and lots of shopping nearby!â
