”All in all it was good for the price, the breakfast was good but slow to come out. The pool and spa were enjoyable except for the floors they were to smooth to were you felt you were going to slip just standing in place would definitely recommend swim shoes for kids. Mine slipped getting out and split her knee on the drain grate”

And the sliding bathroom door offers no sounds buffer either. You might as well have the door open. The hotel location was great and the hotel was clean and beautiful. Three aspects that caught my attention were Debrajai (front desk) taking the initiative to sanitize door cards during less busy periods, Room Service always helpful and nice, and Director Christina Smith, who made a point to meet us daily at the breakfast area, where we had friendly conversations that left a positive impression on my family and me, and it was only later that we discovered her role as the hotel's director. ”The breakfast was always well stocked with plenty of options. My one suggestion would be to move the handicap accessible rooms closer to the entrance, and not at the stairs.”

”Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express KC North Parkville were excellent . The Housekeeping staff were especially helpful with our room needs. The only concern was noise on weekends when baseball teams (teenagers) had games and stay at hotel. They can be quite loud running and horsing around in the hotel halls. Better parental supervision would be nice.”

”We were in town on business. Found the room very clean, the staff kind and accommodating and the restaurant on site was excellent. We will need to travel there again in the fall and plan to stay at that Holiday Inn because of the great experience. ”

”Checked in and the girl at the front desk was more interested in finishing her texting conversation on her phone than she was checking in customers for the night. Her pants were sagging below her butt. Puts a great light on the chain itself. No spare batteries for the TV remotes in the rooms. Mattress was like sleeping on a rock. Very uncomfortable. ”

”Convenient location, easy parking, worked well for a family to stop for one night on a road trip! Downfall, the bathroom in our room was soooo loud when you flushed and it ran forever ”

”There was an ominous noise all night that kept us awake until 3 am and we could finally fall asleep from pure exhaustion after traveling all day. Then the next morning a fire drill that was so loud. Upon check in, after traveling all day long, I attempted to purchase a pizza and wine from the pantry and the night attendant was incredibly rude and told me that they would not sell wine after midnight. Even though we literally checked in ten minutes before midnight. I'll never book this hotel...
