”Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties...

You have to uber to the front of the float if you don't wanna drink and drive but the end of the float is an 8 minute walk and the shuttle bus drive will actually drop you off if you don't wanna walk. ”We enjoyed our stay in this RV property! The location was very convenient to everything san marcos had to offer along with resturants and grocery stores! Everything was clean and looked nice. The RV park was very quiet and calm with no loud music or neighbors, we felt very safe. Important to note that while the location does offer wifi, it's community wifi and is not secured, nor is it very fast, and would be difficult to use for working or streaming much during peak hours. This was not an issue...
