”We had a family reunion of 19 but some were come and go. But the location was convenient to Austin airport. It was super busy in town but we never knew it due to quiet location. Nice outdoor area which was used by all. Lots of room to visit and catch up. Used Paddle Tx for paddle boards and kayaks. Best equipment and a pleasure doing business with Stacy!!!”

”Property is really comfortable with vast space and good equipment in kitchen and outdoor deck. Furniture is something dated but works with the country state style. Parking space needs improvements and asphalt entrance can be improved. Place is very good for groups of family and friends and not far from San Marcos. We had a good experience and will return in a near future.”

”We are all perfectly comfortable at our weekend away. There was exceptional communication from start to finish. The kitchen had all the pots and pans for our family meals. Beds were comfy, water was hot with good pressure. We could find things easily and we had a lot of fun playing pool and foosball. It was an ideal setup for entertaining . I mean perfect. I do recommend this accommodation.”
