”My first night was great, second night, new staff, noticed my small puppy and immediately transferred me and my family to a lower room that smelled like chemicals. We then moved to another room which was a little better smelling. The first night we had a very nice room with our puppy. $250 a night only to get sent to a smelly room once she noticed the pup. Made me a little angry. ”

”Enjoyed our stay. It was a couple’s trip, the room was nice and the jet tub was great. Friendly service and the food at the restaurant (Padrino’s) was AH-MAZE-ING! ”

”My son got sick one night, and the person that was on shift came to our room and helped me out in the middle of the night. She was very accommodating and sympathized with our situation offering different solutions to help us out. Unbelievable customer service.”
