”Friendly staff, clean room, safe clean parking lot”

”I booked two rooms and they were comfortable and a good budget friendly choice. One of our rooms didn't have the bathroom restocked but otherwise was fine. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had good options.”

”The air conditioner was not functioning and it was very hot the whole night. We asked front desk and they said will send for repair but nothing happened. There was also no towel in our room. We had to ask for towel. The elevator was super wet and smell very bad. It does come with free breakfast which was good. Absolutely limited parking as a party was ongoing taking away all the parking. Staff in the front desk was burned out. If you need something quick just to sleep, it is okay but be prepared...

”Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Staff was nice when seen, pool and hot tub was amazing! Kids loved it! Breakfast was good just wish it had a bit more variety or another waffle maker one maker for a family of 5 was not ideal with other trying to eat as well. Otherwise this stay was a delight!”

”It looks like the property has been recently renovated. It was clean and quiet. It was bingo night in the bar and they serve a good pizza. The only unfortunate thing I have to say is that the concierge likes to stare at chests.”

”This place is an overpriced dump. Smells horrible in the rooms and lobby. We were traveling cross country and this was the only hotel in town with rooms due to a national softball tournament in Bismarck. I would sleep in my car rather than stay here again.”

”The property was nice. I like the location just off of 94. Plenty of food option in the area or if you want to venture out a little there are a couple good Brewery’s with food options. The only disappointment was that our shower curtain smelled like it needed a good cleaning.”

”We have stayed here several times over the years when in the Bismarck area visiting family. I love the location and the option of having two rooms and a kitchen area. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. The property itself needs some serious updating. The chairs in the kitchen area are peeling and coming apart. The toilet seat was loose and unsteady, curtains not working in the bedroom so unable to open them during the day. Overall our stay was good. This property just needs...

”Great location in the downtown bismarck area.However, the hotel can definitely use some updating. Rooms were a bit worn out, slight mold around the bathtub caulking, in the bathrooms as well.”

”Everything was ok; breakfast minimal and very basic. On the pro side: it was easy to find, beds were very comfortable, very quiet at night, felt fairly safe and the AC worked well! The bright welcoming atmosphere was lacking. The windows In our room appeared to be painted for privacy or another reason. End result - would stay there again because of the price”

”Room wasn’t that clean, physical items left behind from the previous guests so obviously wasn’t cleaned that well. Staff at the front desk hardly existed when we needed something but when it came to our check out day someone knocked on our door 3 times to see if we had checked out yet. The first time being 9 am. Breakfast was barely restocked. The kids liked the water slide so I’ll give you that.”

”While it was clean everything was so worn and in poor condition. The pool area obviously was a hit with the kids, but not worth the hotel stay. Staff was also very short and not welcoming. Find a different place even if it means no slide.”
