âClean, quiet, and very friendly staff! I was waylaid in Fort Nelson for numerous days (automotive issues) and this Inn became an unintentional base of operations. It was the perfect place to be for the situation; close to everything, very accommodating staff, and a very quiet room. I look forward to staying here again in the future! â

âStaff was good but the key card machine wasnât working so you had to be let in with a master key everytime. That was a pain. Iâm sure it is resolved now but a power outage caused it and it wasnât working 24 hours later. â

âThe hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud.
However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel.
I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia .
I called Expedia and was told that I will be given two days refund for days not stayed. I asked for an email to confirm and was told that it will come in 48-72 hours. I also confirmed that all...

âNot what the pictures online looked like. Very updated and not clean. There was red smears and food prints on the wall beside the bed. The shower/bath not clean at all, dirt still on the walls of the tub when I got in. Bedding/pillows very worn. â
