”The apartment was nice and clean and bright, in the authentic part of Florence. (Note there are about 25 steps up to the apartment.) We loved the location with bus stops nearby, and grocery store and cafe bar directly across the street where we had morning cappuccinos and purchased our bus tickets for the day. ”This place has lots of space, walkable to lots lof attractions, great food near by. Very clean. Our only concern was some furniture was not very good. Bed was very noisy when moving, laundry machine didn't work and when my wife sat on a chair at the table the chair broke and she fell and hit her arm. Other then that our stay was amazing we really loved this place, it had great character. ”

”Great location. Easy check in. Had to pay extra for checking in at 9 pm. Apartment was clean but had a funky smell. Nescafé coffee maker didn’t work. On check out date in which check out time is 10 am we had someone just walk in the apartment. No knock, no notification. It was 9:40 am and we were just bringing our luggage to the door. When I let the property know they didn’t seem too concerned. They apologized and they will talk to the cleaning staff. ”
