”This was my second time staying at the hotel, which had tripled in size since my last stay. The hotel and rooms are quite lovely. I love the farewell gift and the nightly Khmer folk tales. My room was fine except that a better cleanser needed to be used to clean the sink, which had a terrible stain.
Breakfast was a little minimal--I would like to have the choice of crepes as well as eggs.
Location is a bit difficult as you have to take a tuk tuk to eat at other restaurants; but it is...

”Not a five star as advertised but it was so nice. It was like being in the countryside amongst nature but only five minutes from town. It was low season so the hotel was very quiet. I loved the view of the countryside from the breakfast room and the sounds of nature. The staff were really polite. I’d go back in an instant. I had the ground floor room which was the best.”

”I do quite a bit of traveling and always enjoy staying at nice hotels. Jaya House takes it to another level. From the instant you walk in, you are greeted with the friendliest staff - umbrellas in the rain, cold towels after a hot day. The rooms are immaculate and feel so private. The decor is so relaxing, food is incredible, the spa is top notch, and the pools are amazing. Plus all of the inclusions during your stay (free massage every day, tuk tuk rides into town, breakfast - the list goes on...

”Todella rauhallisella sijainnilla oleva viehättävä pieni hotelli. Upea puutarha ja allas-alue. Huone oli siisti ja todella tilava. Hyvä ravintola ja laajat sekä erinomaiset spa-palvelut. ”En un mot formidable. Toute l'équipe assure un service de qualité avec des attentions à tout moment.
Le lieu est un havre de paix, les chambres sont super confortables avec une décoration adaptée et le restaurant un vrai délice !
Sa situation est très adaptée pour les visites sur les sites d'Angkor.

”We wanted to be close to Chinatown, and Else was exactly what we were looking for - cool, chic, comfortable, and convenient. The pool was adequate for laps. Gym was sparse but usable. The room was definitely a highlight - spacious but cozy, if that makes sense. The breakfast options were alright, but they tasted quite good. We had drinks at the Yellowfin, which were pretty good too.”

”The hosts were wonderful and so kind. The owner was very kind as well. The food was delicious and very affordable. The rooms were clean. And it’s very close to Angkor Wat, as well as the city center. Excellent service! It’s also walkable to some of the nearby restaurants and cafes. They also do tuk tuk tours to Angkor Wat, which I also highly recommend. Cannot wait to stay here again up my return to beautiful Siem Reap! ”

”Excellent service and very friendly and attending staff. I was welcomed at the airport and taken to the hotel, which is nicely located close to the temples. It is just outside the city center, but the hotel offers tuktuk-ride (or car if available) to the centre in the evenings. Staff was extremely helpful in arranging guide and ride to the temples. Room was spacious and nice, with good wifi. Enjoyed also the breakfast.”
