”I am very satisfied with the hotel:
+ friendly staff
+ very close to supermarkets and restaurant
+ comfortable bed and pillows
+ mini bar (empty), coffee machine and kettle in the room
+ good quality of breakfast (4 types of bread, meats, cheese, yoghurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs)
+ quiet neighbourhood
I have two small concerns:
- Sound isolation between rooms is not perfect, I could clearly hear the TV from the neighbour room.
- Mini bar is plugged to a normal socket, so it switches off when...
”Pretty new hotel. Right next to the train/bus station, very convenient if travelling without a car. Room was big and clean. Shower was amazing. Close to Delemont old town (very small city anyway).”

”Le studio était grand, propre, les lits confortables et l homme qui visiblement faisait partie du personnel nous a été dune grande aide pour le parking et l utilisation de l app.

Petits points faibles : pas de sèche cheveux, le parking est très étroit et pentu donc si votre voiture est très grande ou peu puissante l embrayage va souffrir. C est mal indiqué, on n a eu la certitude de l endroit que grâce au Monsieur qui travaillait pour cet...

”Struttura nuova appena portata a nuovo. Non hanno l'asensore e scale molto ripide e non è indicato da nessuna parte, avevo 2 valigie grabdi e pensanti. La reception chiude ad orari variabili anche alle 17,00 se troni dopo e vuoi un bicchiere d'acqua non c'è modo, ma si paga come un albergo con la reception notturna. E' evidente che si sono messi di impegno ma che non sono del mestiere. La prima stanza che mi hanno dato era al 3° piano, piccolissima senza finestre e quando sono arrivato c'erano...
"Within easy reach from the city centre, a tram takes you there every 3 minutes or so. Hotel public spaces and service Ok. Room not very fresh, doesn't feel like 4 stars. No minibar but at least there is safe and kettle. "
