”booked 2 hotel rooms for a business trip, when we arrived despite the "Excellent" rating the hotel was not as described, the grounds were unkept, the lobby was dirty and smelled and as a business travelling with my assistant, we did not feel safe in the hotel or out side areas. We actually left and found another Hotel.”

”Sketchy characters in the parking lot and one who free-ranged into the hotel early in the morning. Parked himself in the corner. May have been depressed by the sad offering mislabeled breakfast. Instant oatmeal and lukewarm coffee that ran dry by 7 AM. Otherwise, nice staff, and the room was ok.”
