Chalet't – Prescott

”The spacious lobby is a welcome place with free refreshments available 24/7. Numerous places to sit at a table. Breakfast is waffles, eggs, and sausage, muffins, etc. The rooms are spacious. Everything you need is here. The spa and pool sometimes needed cleaning or new towels, but the layout of both are convenient for families with small kids. The water temp in the pool is about the same as the spa/hot tub. Hot tub wasn’t very hot. Pool was nice and warm. Both are relaxing. There’s a fun game...

”The rooms were so small. Bathrooms even smaller. You would hit the sink trying to use the toilet. Getting out of the shower was a challenge with the sink right on top. AC was only in the rooms and not throughout the hotel. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in which is disappointing considering the brand of the hotel. Would not recommend. Staff was friendly but slow in all parts of the hotel. Food was great.”
