”The hotel was lovely. Clean and up to date with all modern necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and had an accessibility room. The room, hallways, and elevators are actually accessible, not just in name but actually in function.”

”Would not stay here again. When we arrived our room had a very funny smell. The whole hotel smelled chemically and floors were sticky like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Hot tub had some kind of residue on the sides and a strong chemical odor. Pool had a weird odor too. Felt like the hotel needed a remodel. Lots of damage on the furniture and walls. Also on the weekends breakfast wasn't served til 7 which felt late.”

”We were exhausted from our day in Sedona and The Lodge at Cliff Castle was just what we needed. We were pleased that the room was big and really clean. We really appreciated the dark coffee pods left for us in the kitchen because it came in handy the next day. We didn't eat breakfast but we had the dinner at the Buffet and all the food was really good, the staff were really nice ”
