”The hotel is nice, clean and location is not bad at all. My room was spacious enough for few days stay. Bed very comfortable, and breakfast very good too. Maybe I will choose Novotel next time too.”

The breakfast was the most extensive buffet we have ever seen; we were shocked that there had been negative reviews. The location is great. There is a nice park across the street and it’s a short walk to many great sights. ”

”Good business hotel, clean and with friendly staff. Good location. Bed ok, pillow a bit uncomfortable (not very soft). Bathroom & shower good. Rooms too hot inside as usual in KZ but window can be opened. Breakfast is large in quantity, but quality could be better (especially breads, cheeses). Still, overall price/quality ratio on a good level. I have kept going back and still intent to do so in the future as well. ”

”The outlook of the building does not really indicate is as a hotel. Lifts can be a little slow. However, the rooms are clean. The restaurant on the roof top offers a great view of Almaty city with the mountains around the city. ”

”We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. ”

”If possible I stay in Rahat Palace when visiting Almaty. The location is good, rooms nice and spacious, although age can be seen. Lobby bar is nice and breakfast very good. Staff is very friendly.”
