”This was an anniversary getaway. The property is very well maintained. Pool could use a little help, but it is heated and clean. No pool towels unless you ask for extras from the office. The cottage rooms are quite small compared to the motel rooms. I would reconsider next time and stay in motel instead. We had a night visitor which kept me up most of the night, an animal was in the wall/ceiling area scratching around for hours. I found the pillows not so comfy. I’d bring my own from home...

”Although the property is very close to the interstate highway and our room faced the highway, once the door was closed there was very little noise. Once inside the room it is as good as any two-star hotel, with plenty of hot water, a mini-fridge, clean towels and bedsheets. ”This property was just what I needed for a three night stay with a reasonable price. The room was clean, and had comfortable beds, if you like a softer bed. The room had a small kitchenette and refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well once I figured out which buttons to push. The motel had close proximity to a public beach area. I will stay again. ”

”If I could give more stars I would. This cottage is beautiful and clean. Lake Erie is an easy walk and the creek behind the house meets the lake, the views are wonderful. ”It was a lovely setting for groomsmen pictures and breakfast for the guys for the morning of the wedding. I, personally, enjoyed the sunsets each night (Thursday & Friday). The only drawback was the stairs with 2 - 89 year old parents who needed something to hang onto when going up and down the steps. The curve was a bit challenging. Other than that, it was a very comfortable house with lots of room.”

”Booked this property to watch the 2024 solar eclipse (more than 2 years advance!) and it did not disappoint! Beyond the fact that it was the perfect size for my group (7 adults), very clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need, the best part of this property by far is the views!! I highly recommend this property - the property manager is great, was a great value, and it was the perfect setting for witnessing the total eclipse - an experience I’ll never forget!”

”Me and my now fiancée stayed here for a weekend Valentine’s trip to wine country, the location is excellent, right in between tons of wineries, plenty of great food/restaurants and still on a quiet street just outside of town. The house was stocked with anything you need outside of your personal items. Overall a very nice little place to stay in that area!”
