”Comfortable, smaller room and bath, had some trouble with electrical. Laid out well for smaller space.”

”Easy to find. Clear instructions from the owner on how to get the key. Convenient for the railway station. The room itself was compact but very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was how hot the room was. It had been a hot day and with being on the top floor, the room was very hot. There was little to no airflow from the windows. The fan was ok but just blew hot air around. Even in the morning when the outside temperature was reasonable, the room was still around 25/26...

”Room could be refurbished. Carpets and bathroom in need of refurbishing. I’ve stayed in similar priced hotels that are in better condition.”

”We arrived and there is no reception There seemed to be some sort of event on so we walked around for five minutes until we were told you sit in a sofa and wait for the manager to check you in. Check in took approx 10 mins due to the manager dealing with some unhappy guests. Not hit fault but odd no reception for such a big place The room was small but lovely, there was no shower gel though so worth taking some. ”The property was very nice with it being linked with the golf course. Sitting on the patio in an evening was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Only minor gripe was the price of a bottle of wine”

”Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!”

”Friendly and professional staff. Wonderful evening meal (the Halloumi Flatbread was delicious). Good parking, spacious bedroom well appointed. The chilled complimentary fruit juice & water was much appreciated after a 400 mile journey! My only issue was that room 4 was right over the outside seating area and I can only imagine that during World Cup season this could prove to be a problem. As it was I did have the creaking stairs (access for all guests) and loud music blasting from the bar below...

”Took my mum for her 50th birthday and we were both thoroughly impressed, amazing value for money. As I’m only just 18 this was my first time at a spa and I thought it was just perfect. We got dinner in our package which was just amazing quality, same goes for breakfast. The staff were amazing and the room and spa were beautiful. 100% recommend”
