”My second stay here. I have no problem with is place. I love the location. The major challenge is the check-in and check-out time. Then again some of the staff are not friendly. The hotel cancelled my initial booking under the pretext that I needed to confirm. They didn't contact me despite hotel.com contacting them that they are conforming to my booking. theses created a lot of confusion which was later sorted out by hotels.com ”

”It looks like people are living in the building and some apartments are rented out. The building was safe and quiet but there are no food options onsite. The apartments also had slightly different items (e.g. one had 2 heaters and a hairdryer whereas the second apartment only had 1 heater and no hairdryer). Both had good views. The building is close to Sandton Mall. I was in contact with reception via WhatsApp and they were very accomodating to my requests and very responsive. ”

”The location is in a junction and with big construction site next to it. Ask for a room in the higher floors. Ours was on the 1st floor and the smell from the next door gym was bad. Noise and dust from the construction. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was good and wifi worked ok, so the hotel is ok if you're on transit for 1 night. I wouldn't recommend for longer stays or if you're on holiday or romantic trip.”
