Luxury villa, heated pool, spa, sauna, for 8-12 guests

Late 19th century charm, modern comfort and luxurious amenities: private heated pool, spa, sauna, fantastic home cinema. Newly renovated, this sprawling property offers the perfect "get away from it all" holiday, with complete privacy, fresh air, fields and forests as far as the eye can see. Our self-catering home features a boules court, pingpong, badmington, big terrace for barbecues, great biking and hiking, with castles, vineyards, medieval cities and lakes that make fantastic day trips.
Our house is ideal for couples who want to enjoy an affordable luxurious weekend, but it can also accommodate large families or big groups of friends for stays of up to 14 days. (We recommend 10 to 12 adults, for ideal comfort, but the house can sleep 14 or even more in a pinch).
There are 6 main bedrooms, plus extra sleeping areas on the ground floor. This includes 3 double bedrooms (2 with in-suite baths), 1 Master bedroom with double and single beds (sleeps up to 3), 1 twin room with two single beds (ideal for kids), 1 bedroom in the attic with double bed and single bed. Expecting extra guests during your stay? There are two comfortable double sofa beds in the living room. (Linens will be provided for these extra beds, if requested, but please note that guests may be required to put the linens on these extra beds themselves, so that the living areas can be used during the day.)
IMPORTANT: Total number of guests must be stated when reserving. For insurance reasons, no extra guests are allowed without prior written approval.
PLEASE NOTE: for every 2 guests, we will provide 1 double bed, unless you specifically ask for separate beds (a small charge may apply for extra sheets.)
All beds feature comfortably firm full-size mattresses (160x200 cm for doubles, 90x200 for singles). There are a total of 3 full bathrooms/WC/shower. A foldaway single bed and baby cot are also available upon request.
The large kitchen is fully equipped, with a big table for large groups.
For fun, there's a heated pool, 5-person spa, 4-person sauna (rated for 6, but we recommend 4 max.), plus a boules court, pingpong, badminton, mini-foot, and a big barbecue area with views over rolling hills and fields. All exclusively for your own private use. The house has just been entirely renovated. New: big new two-level barbecue and covered outdoor table that seats up to 14 .
