”Room was pleasant but was not serviced on second day. Cooked breakfast was reasonable but there was no cereal to start with nor toast and jam to follow. One cup of cofee only which was served 30 minutes before the cooked meal arrived on the second day. Mains were good but starters and sweet menu was limited and fairly expensive. Overall we were not unhappy but would not have wanted to stay for a third night and would be question if we would use this chain again if this is typical of all their...

”The staff were amazing- really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy enough with plenty of pillows. The shower was not so good, with very low water pressure, so it barely dribbled out. There was shower gel and shampoo and conditioner provided, which was useful (even if washing it off was not straightforward!) I hadn’t anticipated getting breakfast, so the basket of fruit, brekkie bars, bagel and pain au chocolat was a real bonus.”
