Just two blocks from the Pend Oreille River, this spacious three-bedroom house plus bonus room is going to give your family and friends the vacation memories you deserve! Inside, you'll be swept away by the living room's high, coffered ceilings and its attractive gas fireplace, floors, and furniture. After a day on the river, you can spread out to watch your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is equipped with everything the family chef will need to prepare fantastic meals for everyone to enjoy. Use the center prep island, stainless steel appliances, and cabinet storage to put on a showstopper then serve up your dinner guests at the handsome dining table while the kids chatter away from the breakfast bar stools. After dinner, the dishwasher will quietly take care of all the cleanup while you take a few glasses of wine out to the private deck furnished with a gas grill and lots of Adirondack seating. If you don't feel like cooking, you can always enjoy waterfront dining at the restaurant at the marina.

The kids will love romping around the yard with the family dogs and you can always challenge them to a match at the shared pickleball and basketball courts. You'll have private beach access to enjoy while you're here, so be sure to bring plenty of sunscreen. Inside for the day? You'll have plenty of board games to play with whenever you want a break from the river, and the free WiFi will make it easy to post your best selfies to your social media. The home's private washer and dryer will ensure everyone has clean clothes during your stay and the central AC will keep you cool on those hot summer days. Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted by the close location to Spirit Lake, Priest River, and Sand Point.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
