”We enjoyed our overnight stay. After a long drive the room was clean, the shower was strong, and the. Ire was beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast delivered right to our door in the Light Blue suite. Luca was very helpful when we lost our way and came outside to meet/find us. Sometimes gps can be confusing on small streets and Luca left us very good directions and vantage points. The only thing we did t expect were the few flight of stairs going down and then up again. ”

”Showed up and staff tried to put us in a lesser room in the basement of property. We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Both of which were disproven by us through the use of receipt. It was clear the staff was simply trying to bump us into a lesser room to make more money off the better room.
