”Missed previous tenant's garbage - to be fair it was a soda bottle that rolled under chair, making me think furniture is not moved when cleaning. Other than that, appeared clean and tidy ”

”There is no lake view from any room. They supposedly "remodeled" & there are NO = ZERO jacuzzi tubs or so called private hot tubs. When I arrived to check out the jacuzzi tub room I had rented... There was a simple bathtub I think wiťh my knees bent to my chin I might fit in. When I questioned the Super 8 employee he answered "It is a tub that you can fill with hot water =private hot tub." My jaw dropped to the floor and upon regaining my composure I politely asked for a refund for false...

”Made reservation through 3rd party. Office had no record of it when I was checking in. I had to show that my account was debited for the rental. Area is very crowded with RVs. Was greeted by campers yelling at me to slow down, even though I was doing the tmph speed limit. Not a good environment if you don't have an RV.”

”This was the second time we stayed overnight and have been to property for dinner separately too. This small resort is just the most quaint little spot in the finger lakes. We are local and love coming here for a little weekend relaxation and to celebrate 50th bdays. We were able to check in a little early & greeted with champagne when we arrived. The weather is chilly this time of year but they still had the pool & jacuzzi heated and open until 10pm. After checking in we had celebratory...

”Best hotel we’ve been to. We loved the historic feel of the place, the vintage bathrooms and dual heat/ac unit. Terrie at the front desk was the nicest woman we’ve ever met at a hotel; extremely welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and smelled nice. The parking was so easy and close to walk. We will absolutely be back!! Thanks for everything!”
