”Response was good when we had trouble with the door lock. The washer leaked and we had to go downstairs from the kitchen to use the microwave. Much smaller than we anticipated and several stairs for us old folks. Accommodations were clean but overly decorated crowded with furniture and accessories. Very, very small fenced in area for the dog and several pieces of furniture in the area. ”

”The fridge leaked the entire time we were there soaking 2 towels a day. We reported the problem on arrival also that the handle on the fridge was broken awe placed in the top of fridge. The heat never worked we had to go purchase blankets to stay warm. ”
