The Sandpiper is perfect for large families or groups and close to beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park. This resort-like home features 2 units, each with separate entrances, full kitchen living spaces, and outdoor areas. Plus, a hot tubs and 2 fire pits! The entire home has thoughtfully been renovated to include modern conveniences, and a dedicated workspace located in one of the units. Please note that the home includes 2 additional twin beds. The cleaning fee covers linens for the 5 main beds. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the additional beds.%26lt;br%26gt;%26lt;br%26gt;STA License #: ST-2019-0208

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
