This classic farmhouse is the perfect place for larger friends groups or family, with 4 gorgeous bedrooms, 2 newly renovated bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and an open concept main floor living and dining area. Enjoy the dedicated spaces within the house or relax with a game of pool, a good book, and/or a glass of local wine. A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
